6 Imans Removed from Twin Cities Flight

AP reports that six Muslim imans were removed from a US Airways flight because they freaked out the other passengers. Guess where they were headed? Phoenix. Hmmm. Phoenix again. Remember when the Phoenix area was mostly inhabited by retired white people and Americans of Mexican descent? Sounds like it has become a Middle Eastern country, as all the news from there involves Muslims.

Apparently, the imams complained that they were disrespected by being removed from the plane (presumably, as opposed to the other passengers beating the living crap out of them). They assured the reporter that US Airways would be hearing from CAIR (big surprise).

Personally, I cannot imagine why the other passengers would freak out if 6 Muslims with prayer shawls got on their airplane. Silly Americans. Always over-reacting.
